Questions
Is there a phone or video consultation included?
No. Ācārya chat is text-based AI guidance. Speaking with a human astrologer is a fully separate, pay-per-session service at /consult — it is never part of any subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your current tier's access until the period you already paid for ends. Nothing is refunded for the remainder, and nothing is cut off early either.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
You keep access during Razorpay's own retry window. If every retry fails, the subscription is marked halted and the account returns to Free.
